TelemedVillage is the only telemedicine company in the world that partners with churches, humanitarian organizations, and celebrities to show the Love of God to the sick, poor, and suffering around the world. Imagine a cluster of villages that do not have any medical care available to their villages. But when you sponsor a village with this TelemedClinic it will be able to provide medical care to all the surrounding villages, and through the Telemed technology the doctors are able to collaborate with the global medical community to provide the highest level of healthcare.

Traditional medical missions are not sustainable because they typically cost $50,000 and only last for 10 days. Our mission is to implement sustainable solutions that provide ongoing healthcare to the poor, sick and suffering. In this way we are able to help churches connect with village doctors who agree to use the Telemed equipment for churches to preach the gospel to their village through video calling. 

Product

The village that you sponsor will love this multi-purpose clinic. The floor plan is designed like a duplex with two halves. One side is a small clinic while the other side is a small school. The school can serve as a chapel on the weekends.

The clinic includes an examination room with one TelemedToolbox, a lab with two internet connected microscopes, a storage room filled with medical supplies, an office with tablet and keyboard, two ICU beds and a restroom. 

The school/chapel includes two classrooms (each having 5 tablets with keyboards). A library stocked with books, a storage room filled with school supplies, an office with tablet and keyboard, and a restroom. 

The price includes the land, building, equipment, supplies, data plans, live training, tech support, insurance, upkeep, and much more. 

Our TelemedToolbox is a water proof, solar powered portable clinic that is similar in size and shape as a briefcase. It weighs about 25 pounds and contains 18 essential medical tools. It works with video conferencing and a patient platform that enables medical workers in the field and doctors in the U.S. to collaborate in war zones, disaster areas, refugee camps, orphanages, remote villages, and urban slums.  

 Through our TelemedToolbox, doctors in the U.S. can listen to the heartbeat of the patient and give them a physical exam by collaborating with a medical worker in the field.

Benefits

The organization sponsoring TelemedClinic for village doctors will enjoy the following benefits: 

Relationships: The sponsoring organization may select a representative to conduct regular video calls with the village doctor in the field. This will enable the organization to build a relationship with the village doctor and their patients. 

Healthcare: Each month, we will produce videos showing the village doctor using the TelemedClinic and TelemedToolbox to care for their patients. These videos are a very powerful way for the organization to show how they are impacting the world through their sponsorship. 

Church Planting: If the sponsoring organization desires to plant a church, they may conduct regular bible studies, discipleship, baptism ceremonies, and communion services through the video calling capabilities of the TelemedBoat and TelemedToolbox. Through live-streaming of the video call it is possible to conduct a local baptism ceremony and at the same time baptize villagers on the other side of the world. 

When you sponsor a doctor/village with a TelemedClinic, you get to name the clinic. Your name of choice and date of establishment will be engraved into a permanent concrete pillar at the entrance of the clinic.

2 Year Service Package

We offer the TelemedClinic and TelemedToolbox with a 2 year service package. This two year service package includes:

1. Consultation and Customization: In our initial consultation, we seek to understand the mission, operations, and needs of our client. With this understanding we custom design a hardware, software, and service package to meet their needs. Certain people groups have special needs due to health issues specific to them (e.g. a large population of HIV patients)

2. Platform Set up: We provide a platform for storing patient health data. We set up accounts for village doctors and secure access codes for the U.S. Doctors. 

3. Training: When our client orders a TelemedClinic, we schedule a live video training session, so that our village doctor learns how to use the Toolbox, platform, and video calls.

4. Video Tutorials: We created and compiled a library of short video tutorials demonstrating how to use everything we provide. These tutorials are very simple and instructive. Village doctors can watch these videos and use them to train their helpers how to use the equipment. 

5. Financial Incentives: We provide each village doctor with a monthly compensation plan of $50 USD for using the TelemedClinic and developing their knowledge and skills. This financial incentive is tied to regular video calls between them and their sponsor so that the sponsoring organization will consistently have an open door to the village.

6. 2 Year Data Plan: The TelemedToolbox and TelemedClinic includes a top of the line Samsung Galaxy tablet with a 10.4 inch screen. The purpose of this tablet is to facilitate high quality video calling between the church and the villagers for bible studies, etc. The data plan is included in the price of the boat/toolbox.

7. Ongoing Tech Support: We provide ongoing technical support to all of our village doctors. We will walk the village doctors through any technical difficulties with the hardware or software.

8. Guarantee: If any of the devices stop working, we will replace it at our own cost. This guarantee is for the duration of the 24 month service package.

9. Carbon Credits: The price of our service package automatically includes carbon credits to offset the carbon footprint of the hardware. (www.tarrapass.com)

After the 2 year service plan has ended, the TelemedClinic becomes property of the village and a self sustaining part of their healthcare system.

Shipping

We handle all the shipping and logistics to deliver the TelemedToolbox to the village doctor in the field. This includes the cost of shipping, insurance, dealing with customs, and all shipping costs. Some locations such as war zones and extremely remote locations may take more time to deliver.
